Porto Cervo International Wine Festival
From 18-20 May 2018, Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda welcomes the ninth edition of the Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival, the boutique event focusing on the best of Sardinian and Italian wine and food produce. Following a successful combined event in 2016 the Wine Festival and Food Festival will take place together once again, offering a unique journey through Sardinian wine experts and food specialists. The event, organized by the Hotels Cala di Volpe, Cervo, Pitrizza and Romazzino, is one of a kind: hosted in an international setting of incredible beauty, it offers a chance to visit the Costa Smeralda at the beginning of the season to experience an unprecedented atmosphere of peace and relaxation, combined with the glamour that for more than 50 years has characterized this Mediterranean destination. The Cervo Conference Center will welcome an array of producers - from world-famous makers to small, local producers - gathering together to showcase their produce to food and wine experts, together with tourists who are lucky enough to visit Costa Smeralda in May. During the weekend, plenty of tasting opportunities will be combined with a rich programme of meetings, book launches and cooking demonstrations.
Nightlife in Marbella

The celebration took place this January 13th of 2018 presenting the most elegant Russian New Year Gala set by the Salon Andalucia of Puente Romano Beach Resort and Spa and receiving the guests with the traditional red carpet at the entrance.
This amazing dinner and Gala meant to celebrate the east-European traditional event of the new year with shows representatives of its traditions!
Flanked by the ocean and the mountains, it is one of the most beautiful locations in Spain, boasting one of the most luxurious marinas across the world - Puerto Banús - as well. This Andalusian city will be a spectacular host for athletes, as well as their families and friends. All participants will find a wide range of activities in the region and a perfect climate to make the most of their stay. Athletes will swim in the Mediterranean waters. After the transition, located in the legendary Avenida de las Naciones Unidas, they will cycle the 90 km of the bike course through memorable settings like Puerto de Ojén, ascending along the “caracolillos” road. They will cross different towns like Onda, Coín, and Cártama. Athletes will then ride back to Marbella to enjoy the last 21 km run by the seafront promenade, flanked by cheering spectators as they strive for the finish line - right on the sand of Puerto Banús.
With the slogan of ''Anything is possible'' IRONMAN is a worldwide event that challenges your endurance and strength. Swim 3.8 km. Bike 180 km. Run 42.2 km. Brag for the rest of your life. An IRONMAN is the ultimate test of endurance, fitness, and mental strength. If you wish to test and reimagine your limits, set your sights higher, and go farther than you ever have before. To earn the title IRONMAN one must complete a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike, and a 42.2 km run within the time limit of about 17 hours (cutoff varies from event to event). Whether you're dreaming of crossing your first sprint triathlon or hearing the words "You are an IRONMAN!", there is a place for you in this sport. All it takes is dedication, drive, commitment, and the belief that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
Marbella will host the Circuit Race the 29 April.

Clubbing in Puerto Banus is restricted to the Clubs....not! There are also numerous parties organized on the beaches too and also at Puro Beach Estepona, Nikki Beach, Buddha Beach. Remember that alcohol is quite pricey here and drinks can be anything from €15 to €50! Have fun, enjoy, but be safe. Watch your drinks, watch your bags and girls stay with your friends.

Set against a backdrop of one of the world’s most beautiful landscapes, the Costa Smeralda Invitational is a unique celebration of sport and life for charity. Celebrities meet with world business leaders and VIP guests for two unforgettable days of five-star sport, entertainment and hospitality. Saracens favourite Schalk Brits proved he was just as handy with a golf club as he is with the rugby ball in Sardinia, edging out a star-studded field of celebrities at Pevero Golf Club as part of a special festival of sport at The Costa Smeralda Invitational 2017 and a Gala Dinner in aid of the Global Gift Foundation.
